Instructions for Renewing your Cataloger's Desktop Subscription

  1. Print the invoice you have received as an email.
  2. Log into your Account Administration Login.
    Note: Cataloger's Desktop account user name and administrative password are required.
    Click here if you have forgotten your user name or administrative password.
  3. Click the "Renew" button towards the bottom of the screen.
  4. Fill out the Subscription Renewal Form and click Print at the bottom of the form
  5. Attach the invoice that you received as an email to the Subscription Renewal Form you just printed
  6. and fax them to CDS.
  7. Submit your order using one of the following methods:
    • If paying by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or deposit account, fax your order form and invoice to CDS (for fastest service).
    • For all other forms of payment, send the order form, invoice, and payment to CDS via private courier service (e.g., Federal Express, DHL, UPS).
  8. PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED. Payment may be by credit card, deposit account, EFT, or check drawn on a US bank.
